This 1.7 million sq ft development will open in October 2020. It is set to completely change the retail, restaurant and leisure provision within the historic city, propelling it to the European stage that befits it. We have already signed a 5-screen Everyman cinema, a John Lewis department store, the first W Hotel outside London, 152 luxury apartments (by Native Land), a Roomzz apart-hotel, and there will be 1,600 car parking spaces beneath the development.
