We are your lead consultant, running the project through the process established via the P-THREE // Research Room to create the ground floor plane solution.
We lease space utilising a clear marketing narrative alongside our approach of fact and data-based letting in order to build a business case for occupiers. We maximise value, minimise voids and deliver a tenant mix optimised for the consumer.
We help occupiers identify property strategies which matches their brand ambitions. Our services include acquisition, disposal and portfolio review work. We understand the role property plays in the occupier’s business model, digital platform and brand.

We have unrivalled experience in the foodhall sector; having written, spoken and consulted on foodhall and foodmarket projects in recent years.
